Privacy notice

Updated 25 October 2026

We use information you provide to respond to enquiries and arrange aluminium window, door and related services.

Enquiries and photos

When you contact us, we receive the details and optional photos you submit. Enquiries are stored using Supabase, and enquiry notifications may be delivered through our email provider, Resend. These details help us review your request and contact you.

Please include only information and photos relevant to your project. Contact us if you need help correcting or removing enquiry information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions, including use of our acoustic enquiry form. Our custom acoustic analytics events contain page context and button placement, rather than the details you enter in the form.

The advertising preference below controls OpenAI advertising measurement. It does not change the existing Google Analytics setup. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may also affect analytics.

OpenAI advertising measurement

Our secondary glazing page uses OpenAI advertising measurement to help us understand which ads lead to visits and enquiries. It is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time with the Ad preferences button below or in the website footer. Turning it off does not affect your use of the website or your enquiry.

We record a page view and, only after our server confirms an enquiry was saved, a lead-created event. The lead event includes an opaque submission identifier to prevent duplicate counting. Measurement runs in a separate document without the enquiry form. We do not pass your name, phone number, email, photos, suburb or message to that document or as event data.

The measurement provider receives browser request information and may use an ad-click identifier, a random browser reference, timestamps and the website address and page path for attribution. We request an opt-out from future user-level personalization for the events we send.

While measurement is on, the OpenAI SDK may set first-party cookies: __oppref for up to 30 days and __obref for up to 365 days. Browser settings can shorten these periods. Turning measurement off stops future measurement and removes these attribution cookies.

Your advertising choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. A small list of opaque submission identifiers is retained in the current browser tab to suppress duplicate events. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice and duplicate protection last for the current page only.
